This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders. Please review the details below before purchasing to understand our shipping procedures and delivery timelines.

1. Shipping Locations

SuStore currently ships products across India. We strive to expand our delivery reach, and updates to our shipping regions will be posted here. Please note that we do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and delivery location. You can view the exact shipping cost at checkout before confirming your order. We offer the following shipping options:

3. Order Processing Time

Once you place an order on SuStore, our team processes it within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). After your order is processed, it will be dispatched for delivery. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking information once your package has been shipped.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Below are the estimated delivery timelines:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or transportation delays.

5. Order Tracking

6. Delivery Issues
a. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that you provide the correct and complete shipping address at the time of checkout. SuStore is not responsible for orders that are delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your order is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm the correct address, and you may be required to cover additional shipping charges.

b. Missed Delivery

If delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the package, the courier service may leave a notification with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or pick up. Su Store is not responsible for any additional charges incurred for missed deliveries.

c. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at connectsustore@gmail.com. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Delivery of Perishable Items

Given the nature of our Millet items and Snacks, we take extra precautions to ensure your order arrives fresh and in excellent condition. We use appropriate packaging materials to protect perishable goods during transit. However, please inspect your order upon receipt. If any item appears spoiled or damaged, contact us within 48 hours to request a replacement or refund.

8. Delivery Restrictions

Some regions may have delivery restrictions based on product availability, shipping logistics, or local regulations. We will notify you at checkout if your address falls outside our delivery zones or if any items in your order cannot be shipped to your location.
